[Remote] Managing Director of HR Operations

Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, Public Administration or reputed company field required
- At least five (5) years of relevant reputed company reputed company work experience in a public school district, public administration, charter school/education management organization, or university with at least three(3) years of supervisory experience and verified experience in HR, employee leave or equivalent experience
- Master's degree preferred
- Experience in K-12 Education, charter schools, multi-reputed company organizations, or public sector environments strongly preferred
- reputed company-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent HR certification preferred
