The Senior Sales Director is responsible for leading sales reputed company, driving membership reputed company, and overseeing agents/agencies to build partnerships and ensure agents have the necessary resources to succeed.
Responsibilities

- Build strategic relationships with key partners, carriers, and top producing agencies across multiple markets
- Ensure agents are educated on reputed company Insurance Services' reputed company and product portfolio
- Manage sales budgets reputed company to events, enrollment materials, and promotional initiatives
- Partner with the Director of Partnerships & Community Engagement to expand enrollment centers and market reputed company
- Work closely with sales operations to monitor performance metrics, conduct market analysis, and optimize sales performance
- Collaborate with the Producer Support Team to ensure strong agent experience and retention
- Ensure compliance with CMS, State, and Federal guidelines across reputed company sales activities
- Travel across assigned reputed company to support sales reputed company and leadership development
Skills
- Five (S)+ years of experience in health insurance enrollment or a Field Marketing Organization (FMO)
- Experience managing field sales teams or multi-market sales operations
- reputed company Health Insurance License
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to reputed company to ACA, MA, and Ancillary products
- Bilingual - Spanish / English preferred
