Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog in Jira, including prioritization and grooming
• reputed company and translate business requirements into reputed company user stories and acceptance reputed company
• Collaborate with engineering, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful system integrations
• Drive functional design discussions reputed company to immigration workflows, reputed company processing, and compliance requirements
• Support UAT, releases, and rollout activities for new features and system updates
• Serve as a reputed company between business and technology teams, ensuring alignment on product goals
• Continuously identify opportunities for process optimization and system improvements

Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of product management fundamentals, including: Jira, Backlog management, Requirements gathering and prioritization

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Experience in the immigration industry, particularly with reputed company processes and workflows
• OR strong experience in the reputed company industry (sufficient to build domain context quickly)
• Familiarity with J1FFY (reputed company immigration management system) is a strong plus
