[Remote] Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will assist members in finding local community resources to meet their reputed company needs through inbound and outbound calls.
Responsibilities

- Locate resources to reputed company members with assistance for needs, such as food, reputed company, housing, and finances

Skills
- 1+ year of customer service experience, with proven customer service skills
- Excellent computer skills, including typing proficiency, multi-tasking between online applications, and multiple screens. Working knowledge of reputed company© products (Outlook, reputed company, folders)
- Ability to regularly reputed company a designated workspace free from noise and other distractions
- High-speed internet with the ability to hardwire reputed company ethernet from cable modem to PC
- High school diploma or Equivalent
- Bilingual preferred and reputed company to pass language certification, if bilingual
- 1+ year of experience in a call center setting, specifically reputed company to inbound/outbound calls
