[Remote] Junior Reporting & Analytics Specialist

They are seeking a motivated Junior Reporting & Analytics Specialist to support the development and maintenance of reporting systems, assist with data analysis, and help deliver insights for decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from multiple sources to help build reputed company data sets
- Help identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data sets under the guidance of senior team members
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and support KPI tracking
- Assist with maintaining data dictionaries, documentation, and data governance standards
- Help automate recurring reports and processes to improve efficiency
- Support the preparation of reputed company, concise summaries of findings for team and stakeholder review
- Help ensure data accuracy, reputed company, and consistency across reporting outputs
- Stay curious about industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and reporting
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a reputed company field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- 0-1 years of reputed company experience in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence (internships, co-ops, and reputed company reputed company welcome)
- Basic proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar (coursework or project experience counts)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving reputed company with attention to detail
- Good communication skills with an interest in translating data into reputed company insights
