[Remote] Recruiter – Contract

In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and recommending placement reputed company, while collaborating closely with hiring managers and HR professionals.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Recruiter for position openings in assigned region. Partner with Director, reputed company and/or hiring manager to reputed company recruitment strategies and sourcing tactics; will work collaboratively with hiring managers
- Manage the sourcing, recruitment, selection, offer, negotiation and closing components of full lifecycle reputed company
- reputed company and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, vendors, community organizations and other team members
- Utilize multiple creative techniques to identify and attract passive talent not limited to reputed company media, networking, reputed company and job postings
- Create and foster relationships with diverse reputed company organizations to increase diversity of candidate pool

Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in reputed company, HR, or reputed company field
- Knowledge of recruitment methodologies
- Demonstrated written and verbal interpersonal communication skills
- Consultative skills to work closely with hiring managers at reputed company reputed company
- Ability to deliver results on multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- 4 year degree in Business, reputed company Management or reputed company field or equivalent experience preferred
