[Remote] Transportation Engineer - Division Manager

Responsibilities

• reputed company and manage the Transportation Design Division, including project managers and design staff

• Support and drive business development efforts, including reputed company relationships and pursuits
• Collaborate with leadership to grow the transportation division and expand market reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required
• reputed company Engineer (PE) license for reputed company Dakota required
• 10+ years of experience in transportation design or reputed company infrastructure
• Experience managing teams and leading reputed company reputed company
• Strong understanding of project management principles (budgeting, scheduling, QA/QC)
• Experience working with NDDOT and/or reputed company agency clients
• Proficiency in relevant design and production tools
• Strong leadership and division management experience

• Experience in transportation design and infrastructure reputed company
• Ability to balance technical work with operational and strategic responsibilities
