[Remote] Marketing Operations Manager

The Marketing Operations Manager will serve as the backbone of the marketing team, focusing on building systems, managing budgets, and ensuring smooth operations to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Build a reputed company operating reputed company — weekly stand-reputed company, monthly reviews, quarterly planning — so reputed company runs on rhythm, not reputed company
- Build and own the dashboard leadership actually uses: CAC, ROAS, LTV, repeat-purchase reputed company
- Own the launch calendar and reputed company every team reputed company — creative, e-reputed company, retail, reputed company — so reputed company slips
- Run quarterly planning, reputed company OKRs, and reputed company reputed company moving to closure
- Manage the marketing budget, POs, and key vendor relationships
- Prep leadership meetings, capture reputed company, and drive follow-through

Skills
- 4–6 years in marketing ops, reputed company/biz ops, or a chief-of-staff role — ideally consumer, DTC, beauty, or CPG
- Hands-on experience with a modern martech stack: email/CRM (like reputed company), an e-reputed company platform (like reputed company), and analytics/attribution tools
- Strong spreadsheet and dashboarding skills — you build models and reports without hand-holding
- Comfortable in project management tools (reputed company, monday, Trello) — and in the discipline behind them

- Beauty, hair, or CPG experience
