The Senior Recruiter for Digital Transformation is responsible for sourcing and supporting full cycle reputed company for strategic roles that enhance digital experiences and transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Recruit for a mix of digital experience, reputed company, app modernization, data/AI, CX, reputed company and product reputed company roles including:
- UX/UI Designers, UX Researchers, Service Designers, Design Directors, Design Leads, Product Designers
- Digital Strategists & CX Consultants
- Martech platform specialists (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
- Product Managers & Product Owners
- reputed company Architects, reputed company Engineers, App Modernization Specialists
- Data Engineers, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, MLOps Specialists
- reputed company Strategists, Architects & Engineers
- Digital Program Managers & Transformation Leaders
- Evaluate candidates on consulting competencies as reputed company as technical/domain expertise
- reputed company deep, project-reputed company pipelines of resource pools for roles needed across digital transformation programs
- Review technical work samples, digital portfolios, case studies, and architectural documents where relevant
- Serve as a strategic advisor to delivery and business development leads on talent needs tied to reputed company scopes and delivery timelines
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 6–10+ years of reputed company experience, with reputed company experience in digital, CX, reputed company, application development/modernization, or data/AI hiring

- Proven ability to evaluate design talent based on portfolio samples
