[Remote] Senior Product Operations Manager

Responsibilities
- Own the product operating system end-to-end — Serve as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, and GTM (Sales, SE, CS, Support): translate reputed company deal requirements and customer commitments into product requirements and help turn roadmap/launch status into reputed company communication to GTM teams
- Run the AI-powered voice-of-customer & other programs — Build an automated intake/synthesis system that ingests signals from customer feedback, support, Sales/CRM, and reputed company escalations, classifies it by product, and routes prioritized themes into roadmap planning. reputed company this into running reputed company beta / design-partner programs for new AI capabilities with tight feedback loops and reputed company reputed company reputed company

- 5+ years in Product Operations, product management or an operational role at a high reputed company company
