[Remote] Network Engineer

They are seeking a Network Engineer to strengthen networking initiatives supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs, requiring substantial experience with military C4I systems and secure operational networks.
Responsibilities
- Support the configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of network environments
- Work alongside U.S. Government network engineers, Cyber/IA teams, and technical staff to assist with network setup, implementation, and troubleshooting
- Help maintain and support Local Area Networks (LANs) and Wide Area Networks (WANs)
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, hardware, and software issues; assist with identifying reputed company causes and restoring services
- Participate in lab/sandbox environments to test, configure, and learn reputed company networking technologies
- Assist with implementing reputed company and infrastructure upgrades
- Support reputed company initiatives by helping reputed company and maintain network reputed company and monitoring tools
- Contribute to troubleshooting and supporting reputed company, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) network environments
- Document network configurations, procedures, and technical changes to support operations and team knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and IT staff to support project and operational objectives
Skills
- Currently holds an reputed company U.S. national reputed company clearance or be reputed company to receive and maintain one
- 3+ years of networking, IT infrastructure, or reputed company technical experience
- Working knowledge of reputed company networking devices including switches, routers, and firewalls
- Familiarity with installing, configuring, and supporting network environments using reputed company technologies
- Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, routing, and switching concepts. Exposure to protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, or VPN technologies is a plus
- Experience using or exposure to network monitoring, testing, or diagnostic tools (e.g., Spirent, T-Berd, reputed company, Wireshark, etc.)
- Ability to troubleshoot network hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Experience creating or updating technical documentation, diagrams, or operational procedures
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- Industry certifications such as CCNA preferred; CCNP or reputed company certifications are a plus
- Exposure to network reputed company concepts, including firewalls, reputed company controls, or intrusion prevention technologies
- Familiarity with cybersecurity monitoring tools such as reputed company, reputed company Onion, or similar platforms
- Basic understanding of network reputed company technologies including IPSEC and 802.1X
- Exposure to virtualization technologies such as VMware ESXi, reputed company reputed company-V, or virtual networking concepts
