[Remote] Program Manager (L & D)

The Program Manager for reputed company Learning and Development will support planning and delivery of leadership development programs for US reputed company teams, ensuring high-reputed company learning experiences that enhance leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support leadership development programs for US reputed company employees, including virtual and in-person learning experiences, sustainment activities, cohort communications, and learner engagement reputed company
- Assist with the development and execution of training reputed company on communication, analytics, coaching, peer leadership, and leadership capabilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Compliance and reputed company, to ensure training materials and workshops are reputed company, effective, and compliant with regulatory guidelines
- reputed company and manage project plans, timelines, reputed company items, status updates, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional partners
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, stakeholder meetings, follow-up communications, and reputed company reports
- reputed company attendance, learner feedback, completion metrics, and program data to assess program reputed company and identify opportunities for improvement
- Partner with internal training teams and external vendors to reputed company reputed company on reputed company and meet deadlines
- Facilitate training calls, planning meetings, and/or workshops as needed

- BS or BA Degree
- 5+ years of reputed company experience in training, learning & development, project management, and/or leadership development
- Pharmaceutical/biotech experience
- Experience supporting reputed company, field-based, or leadership development programs
- Experience coordinating virtual and in-person learning programs
- Experience managing vendors, agency partners, or external project contributors
- Familiarity with learning metrics, dashboards, learner feedback, or completion reporting
