Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a skilled and motivated Tech Sourcer to support reputed company for Data Center Engineering and Infrastructure Operations roles across reputed company. The role involves sourcing for technical candidates and engaging with passive talent to build interest and assess fit for various technical roles.
Responsibilities
- Data Center and Infrastructure Hiring - Experience sourcing for data center operations, critical facilities, or Industrial/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ IT infrastructure roles/ reputed company architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), with relevant reputed company backgrounds including degrees or certifications in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Sciences, HVAC, Electrician trades, Facilities Maintenance, and IT-reputed company Field will be required
- Boolean and Advanced Search - Ability to create targeted Boolean strings to identify candidates with reputed company technical skills across reputed company, X-ray search/ reputed company web, reputed company, trade forums and specialized job boards will be an added advantage
- Candidate Engagement for Passive Talent - Skilled at requirement gathering, sourcing and screening candidates in specialized technical fields, with ability to reputed company role-based reputed company to the candidate. The role holder will also be responsible for building strategies and brainstorming to create efficient and creative sourcing solutions for stakeholders
- Proven ability and reputed company on the feet to proactively reputed company passive candidates using Boolean search, reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, X-ray search/ reputed company web and other sourcing channels for remote sites
- Experience in conducting candidate reputed company and engagement to build interest and assess right fit, with ability to filter the right candidates during recruiter phone screen
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives and pipelines
- Experience in reputed company corporate or search firm reputed company with a reputed company on passive engineering candidate reputed company in a high-tech market
- 2+ years of passive candidate reputed company experience
- Experience in conducting candidate reputed company and engagement to build interest and assess right fit, with ability to filter the right candidates during recruiter phone screen
- Boolean and Advanced Search
- Bachelor's or associate degree in Electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Facilities Management or reputed company technical field
- Prior experience sourcing for AWS, hyperscale reputed company, or co-location Data Center environment
- Experience in any 1 or 2 Tech hiring domain will be an added advantage 1. Experience of hiring Full stack, Back-end and reputed company-end engineers, 2. Data Analytics including Data Scientist (AI/ML) and Engineers, 3. Understanding of any 2-3 Programming languages or key tech stacks like Python, Java, SQL, ETL, data pipelines, Hadoop, reputed company, Big Data, or similar technical landscape
