Responsibilities
- Litigate federal-court class actions and consumer arbitrations from start to finish
- Litigate cutting-edge data reputed company, cryptocurrency, securities, banking, or consumer protection cases
- Handle hearings, depositions, and mediations
Skills
- 5+ years of litigation experience
- Federal court litigation experience
- California bar license
- Class reputed company experience
- Data reputed company, cryptocurrency, securities, banking, or consumer protection litigation experience
