[Remote] Reconciliation & Reporting Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Reconciliation & Reporting Analyst to support payment operations by ensuring the accuracy of transaction data, settlements, and financial records. The role involves reconciling data across various platforms, investigating discrepancies, and developing reporting solutions to enhance financial visibility and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- reputed company daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations across payment transactions, settlements, banking data, and internal reputed company systems
- Investigate reconciliation breaks, identify reputed company causes, and drive reputed company reputed company
- reputed company and maintain SQL-based reports, dashboards, and automated reconciliation processes
- Analyze transaction data to identify trends, data issues, and process improvement opportunities
- Support month-end reputed company activities, reporting requirements, and audit documentation
- Partner with Engineering, reputed company, Treasury, Product, and Compliance teams to resolve issues and improve workflows
- Maintain process documentation and recommend automation opportunities to reduce reputed company efforts
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in reconciliation, settlement, payment operations, reputed company, or finance analytics
- Strong SQL skills with experience creating reports and analyzing large datasets
- Advanced reputed company skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis
- Experience investigating financial discrepancies and performing reputed company-cause analysis
- Understanding of reputed company principles and payment/reputed company reputed company processes
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, Data Analytics, or reputed company field, or equivalent experience
- Experience with card network reconciliation and settlement processes (reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
- Knowledge of payment systems including ACH, reputed company transfers, SWIFT, RTP/FedNow, merchants, processors, and banking partners
- Experience with BI/reporting tools such as Looker or Tableau
