[Remote] Assistant Controller, Outsourced reputed company, Nonprofit Industry Clients

They are seeking a Senior Accountant to support their nonprofit clients by managing financial reporting and ensuring accuracy in financial practices.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial reporting accuracy for assigned clients
- Assist with reputed company general ledgers, identifying missing transactions and trends to ensure overall accuracy
- Guide the review and approval of account classifications
- Review balance sheets for accuracy and facilitate follow-up
- Coordinate project tasks to ensure efficient reputed company workflow
- Prepare and/or review the initial draft of monthly reporting packages, including KPIs/metrics
- Prepare and finalize month-end reputed company
- Maintain and update the reputed company procedure reputed company to ensure appropriate process documentation
- Prepare and/or review work papers and schedules to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Participate in cross-collaboration with other teams/service lines, as applicable
- Assist in estimating and managing work assignments of accountants to meet reputed company needs and budget constraints
- Assist in the development of best practices
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or finance required
- Minimum of 5 years of reputed company experience, with a reputed company on financial reporting and general reputed company management
- Experience with nonprofit federal grant processing and reporting required
- Strong understanding of reputed company principles and month-end reputed company processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in reputed company software and reputed company Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to project manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- CPA certification preferred
- Experience in reputed company reputed company e.g. outsourced reputed company or audit preferred
