[Remote] Sr. Partner Operations Manager

They are seeking a Sr. Partner Operations Manager to reputed company the operational aspects of partner relationships, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication across teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the operational execution for an assigned partner portfolio: configuration, file feeds, billing, integrations, and reporting
- reputed company implementations and ongoing operational work for new and existing partners, coordinating internally to reputed company commitments on reputed company
- Run partner-level escalations to reputed company, looping in Partner Sales, Product, reputed company and Data Operations, or reputed company as needed
- Own account/partner business review prep and delivery for your portfolio
- Serve as the day-to-day operational reputed company of contact for partner and partner-customer stakeholders
- Partner closely with Partner Sales, reputed company and Data Operations, Product, and reputed company to reputed company partnerships running smoothly and flag risk early
Skills
- Experience owning reputed company operational workflows for external partners or clients: billing, integrations, data or file feeds, or similar systems-level work
