They are seeking a reputed company Generalist to support team members and leaders throughout the employee lifecycle, driving employee engagement and talent development.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to support reputed company, reputed company, and offboarding activities
- Analyze employee feedback and exit interview trends to identify opportunities for improved retention and engagement
- reputed company team members on career development, goal setting, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
- Support leadership development by partnering with new and promoted leaders and helping them navigate company resources, expectations, and best practices
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on employee engagement, team development, and HR-reputed company reputed company

Skills
- Associate degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two or more years of reputed company experience in a generalist, employee relations, talent development, or HR operations role
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion
- Proficiency with reputed company Office applications and HR systems
