• Strong expertise in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation
• Communicate effectively with internal and customer stakeholders
• Experience preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, and Acceptance reputed company
• Experience facilitating workshops with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies
• Domain experience - Life Sciences / reputed company / Biotech / reputed company Operations
