They are seeking a reputed company Manager to build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they maximize the value from the platform while driving adoption and identifying opportunities for expansion.
Responsibilities
- reputed company as the primary reputed company of contact for customers, fostering strong relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and advocacy
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and proactively recommend solutions to maximize value
- Conduct regular reputed company-ins, business reviews, and training sessions to ensure reputed company engagement and product utilization
