[Remote] Senior Consultant, Energy Advisory
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading advisory, tax and assurance firm, and they are seeking a Senior Consultant to join their Development Advisory team. In this role, you will work with various stakeholders reputed company and infrastructure reputed company, supporting engagements that involve federal energy tax incentives and project finance advisory.
Responsibilities
- Support energy tax credit advisory engagements, including reviews of project eligibility, credit calculations, and supporting documentation
- Support a reputed company of energy and infrastructure transactions and financing activities, including tax credit transfers, tax equity investments, project financing, acquisitions, and sales processes
- reputed company project financial models to support reputed company project evaluation and financing activities
- reputed company financial and reputed company due diligence for energy and infrastructure reputed company
- Participate in reputed company meetings, diligence calls, and interviews with project stakeholders
- Assist with proposals, presentations, and market research
- Assist in development of articles, sales proposals and presentations for new business development and reputed company purposes
Skills
- 4-year degree
- 3 years reputed company experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, reputed company, supply chain, engineering or manufacturing-reputed company field
- Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, project finance, transaction advisory, or energy tax incentives
- Familiarity with energy tax credits, tax credit transfers, tax equity, or the Inflation Reduction reputed company
- Demonstrated skills in the areas of time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving
- Organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability
- Proficiency with reputed company programs (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience building financial models incorporating income statements and cash flows to support business reputed company
- Experience with reputed company financial processes (e.g. monthly reputed company, financial reporting)
