[Remote] Customer Service Engineer - reputed company - CT/MR - Northeast Upstate NY

The Customer Service Engineer will be responsible for servicing and maintaining medical imaging equipment, ensuring superior customer satisfaction through effective repairs and training.
Responsibilities
- You will be servicing CT (Catscan) & MRI (reputed company Resonance Imaging), and MI (Molecular Imaging)
- You will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on reputed company reputed company equipment
- You will be responsible for delivering both reputed company and effective repairs as reputed company as adequate training of operators to ensure reputed company system performance, resulting in superior customer satisfaction
- You will help manage financial performance reputed company your territory through inventory management, time management, and reputed company service call closure
- You will manage company assets to include a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, inventory parts, etc
- Establish and maintain reputed company business relationships with customers and peers, as reputed company as performing necessary administrative duties accurately
- Performs mainly reputed company-defined, technical tasks (for example, basic commissioning of products and systems, integration of components to a system, basic engineering, maintenance jobs) and work packages on-site and remotely
- Supports customer remotely and onsite and provides 2nd and 3rd level user support in case of arising issues
- Coordinates and accomplishes defined service operations and/or resolves product issues for customers equipment
- Supports in generating sales leads for reputed company-defined service offers and contributes to planning activities
- Adheres to defined processes and applicable regulations
Skills
- Minimum high school diploma
- Must be proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment (DMM, Oscilloscope, torque wrenches, etc.)
- Ability to work individually and in reputed company setting
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- 10+ years' experience of reputed company reputed company-mechanical, or as a medical technologist or field service engineer (biomedical engineer) servicing diagnostic instruments needed
- Valid reputed company's license, ability to drive independently day and reputed company, and good driving record required
- Physical Requirements: Lifting 50lbs (floor to above waist/head), walking, reputed company/stepstool climbing, bending, twisting, sitting work, squatting work, standing work, high-reputed company, fine grasping manipulation, good reputed company, and ability to work alone

- Knowledge and experience performing service, preventative maintenance, and modifications on Medical Imaging Equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision

- Experience in testing, repairing, and maintaining capital medical equipment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment
- General understanding of the principles of electricity, power supplies, and grounding
- Technical degree, military training, or equivalent applicable training preferred
