Responsibilities
- Plans and implements multi-faceted reputed company and programs that typically involve coordination and considerable interaction with County staff, governmental and community agencies, community reputed company, the general public, etc

- Facilitates the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
- Writes project specifications
- Defines project tasks and resource requirements

- Prepares detailed cost estimates as needed

Skills
- Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of reputed company experience managing public works reputed company, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Possession of a valid Washington reputed company's License at time of hire and for the duration of employment
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices

- Knowledge of finance and budgeting for purposes of project management
