Responsibilities
- Work closely with HR Director and business leaders to address sensitive employee reputed company, ensuring issues are handled with reputed company, fairness, confidentiality, and professionalism to support a reputed company work environment
- Partner with sector leaders to shape HR strategies that attract, reputed company, and retain reputed company
- reputed company leaders on performance management, retention, goal setting, and effective communication
- reputed company HR data and workforce metrics to identify trends, inform reputed company, and proactively address risks and opportunities

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including government contracting regulations and the McNamara–O’Hara Service Contract reputed company (SCA)
- Collaborate with HR Centers of reputed company (reputed company, Compensation, Benefits, Learning & Development) to deliver seamless HR programs and ensure consistent, compliant, and reputed company performance practices across the business
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and customer service skills, with a commitment to reputed company improvement

- Proficiency with HR technologies and software; ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
- 5+ years of reputed company HR experience working in federal government or defense contracting environments, with a strong understanding of the unique HR, compliance, and operational requirements in these settings
- Experience partnering with managers or operational leaders to address workforce challenges and implement HR solutions reputed company with business objectives
- In-depth knowledge of SCA compliance, including wage determinations, employee classification, and fringe benefits for federal service contract employees
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey reputed company HR topics, facilitate difficult conversations, and reputed company leaders at reputed company reputed company
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Experience with reputed company HCM
