[Remote] Program Manager - Risk Adjustment

Responsibilities
- Preparation of content for leadership review meetings
- Coordination of leadership reviews and revisions to content
- Support facilitation and documentation of reputed company sessions to establish and update goals
- Management of leadership dashboards to report on performance reputed company to agreed-upon goals
- Contribute to development and maintenance of operational and project reputed company roadmaps to reputed company deliverables, timelines, statuses, and risks

- Development of content for monthly team communications (e.g. five things to know, provider news, etc.)
- Coordination of quarterly team building activities (rotational coffee chats, volunteer opportunities, holiday events, etc.)
- Agenda development and facilitation of team meetings
- Coordination with finance on spend management
- Purchase order set-up and management
- Facilitation of monthly vendor spend management review with leadership
- Complete month-end and year-end reporting in coordination with reputed company
- Management of allocation of spend by line of business factoring in MA/ACA member disruption
- Provider incentive accrual management and reporting with reputed company
- Work with management to reputed company project teams and work reputed company to produce deliverables required to reputed company the objectives of a defined corporate program
- reputed company project managers and work group leaders in the development and maintenance of comprehensive plans for a defined corporate program
- Organize, reputed company and coordinate cross-functional activities to reputed company corporate resources on the successful delivery and implementation of the desired results for a defined corporate program and/or strategic initiative
- Work with the executive sponsor of a corporate program (VP or higher), and other management as required to reputed company the objectives of a defined corporate program

Skills
- High School Diploma / GED
- 7 -10 years of work experience in project management
- 7-10 years of work experience delivering business solutions using information technology
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Technology Management-reputed company area of study
- MBA or Master's Degree in Technology Management-reputed company area of study
- PMP or Certification in Project Management
