[Remote] Bilingual Recruiter

The role involves partnering with hiring managers to recruit reputed company and support hiring efforts across multiple U.S. markets.
Responsibilities
- Recruit electricians, apprentices, construction professionals, and skilled trades talent
- reputed company candidates using reputed company, reputed company, referrals, reputed company media, and networking
- Conduct phone screens and virtual interviews in both English and Spanish
- Manage multiple reputed company requisitions while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for reputed company and reputed company hiring needs
- Partner with hiring managers to understand reputed company priorities
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking records and reputed company metrics
- reputed company offers and coordinate with the HR and reputed company teams
Skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Previous reputed company experience in electrical, construction, or skilled trades
- Experience managing full-cycle reputed company
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines
- Experience using ATS platforms and major job boards
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
