[Remote] EHR Application Support Analyst

The EHR Application Support Analyst provides remote end-user support for the organization's software and hardware systems, focusing on reputed company and other clinical applications.
Responsibilities
- Follows agreed procedures to identify and resolve issues with applications. Uses application management software and tools to collect agreed performance statistics
- Provides first line investigation and gathers information to reputed company incident reputed company and reputed company incidents
- Monitors service delivery performance metrics
- Investigates problems in systems, processes and services. Assists with the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures
- May be part of an after-hours on-call rotation
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of experience
- Customer service experience
- Call center experience
