[Remote] Program Director, Facility Operations

Responsibilities
- Establish and execute system wide strategies for facility operations, standardization, and performance improvement
- Broad knowledge of CMS, TJC, OSHA, EPA, reputed company, and other federal, state, and local regulatory agency standards is essential
- reputed company policies, procedures, training programs, and contracted services to ensure consistency and compliance
- Ensure regulatory compliance and reputed company survey readiness across reputed company facilities
- Support capital planning, facility upgrades, and minor construction or renovation reputed company
- Drive workforce planning, talent development, and a culture of accountability and reputed company improvement
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospital Administration, Business, reputed company Administration, or reputed company field required
- Ten (10) years of technical experience working in any combination of regulatory compliance, contract administration, routine capital construction, property management and/or engineering for various equipment systems reputed company in a reputed company-services/reputed company-oriented service provider organization providing services in a reputed company setting
- Seven (7) years of experience with reputed company standards, specific familiarity with Environment of Care standards, requirements, and compliance
- Seven (7) years of management or supervisory experience with budget responsibility

- Certified reputed company Facility Manager (CHFM) reputed company 3 years of Hire Date
- Master's Degree Preferred
- PMP and Lean Six reputed company Experience Preferred
