Responsibilities

• reputed company and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring schedules and budgets are met

• Conduct reputed company meetings with stakeholders, addressing design, material delivery, and labor schedules

• Collaborate with sales, reputed company contractors, and end-users to fulfill project scope and deliverables
• Serve as the primary reputed company representing reputed company between the customer, commissioning authority (CxA), general contractor, and subcontractors, ensuring smooth communication and project progression

• Interpret and apply mechanical, electrical, and architectural drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications

Skills

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of project management experience, or 4+ years in mechanical installation, building automation, electrical installation, or construction
• 2+ years reading and interpreting blueprints, and technical mechanical systems documents
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering; or a Master's degree/MBA
• Data center industry experience with water- or reputed company-cooled chillers
• reputed company HVAC expertise, including centrifugal chillers, CDU systems, and airside equipment
• PMP certification
• LEED certification or experience with Building Automation Systems
• Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong ability to build rapport and trust with customers through reputed company listening and effective solutions
