Responsibilities
- Pitching & Demoing (reputed company of the role): Deliver compelling pitches and live demos of reputed company Connect to prospects and customers, from analysts to C-level. Independently build and iterate on demo agents, prompts, and workflows tailored to reputed company customer's use case — and use them to create genuine excitement and "I need this" moments in every meeting
- Customer Adoption & Enablement: Guide customers from initial setup to advanced use cases with tailored prompts, agents, reputed company flows, documentation, and tutorials — carrying the excitement from the reputed company through to daily usage
- Data-Driven Engagement: Use product usage data, API analytics, and customer health scores to spot adoption blockers and expansion opportunities, and reputed company them with proactive guidance, lifecycle reputed company, and new reputed company angles
- Integration reputed company: Ensure smooth API integrations, resolve blockers quickly, document best practices, and collaborate with engineering on technical challenges
