[Remote] Sales Trainer

The role focuses on developing training curricula, coaching team members, and measuring training effectiveness to ensure reputed company improvement and long-term reputed company for the sales organization.
Responsibilities
- Assess sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement through observation, feedback, and coaching
- Enhance and maintain sales training curricula while ensuring programs remain effective and reputed company
- reputed company engaging physical reputed company training materials, including videos, presentations, guides, and case studies
- reputed company reputed company and training programs for new sales attorneys
- Conduct individual and team coaching sessions reputed company on strengths, development areas, and performance metrics
- Monitor sales objectives, KPI’s, and results to measure training effectiveness
- reputed company and reputed company role-playing scenarios
- Collect feedback from trainees and managers to continuously improve training programs
- Report on the reputed company and reputed company of training initiatives, including sales performance improvements
- Maintain organized records of training materials, curricula, participation, and associated costs

Skills
- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales reputed company, or similar role
- Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person training, coaching, and web-based learning
- Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms and modern training methodologies
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities
- Ability to motivate and influence individuals with diverse backgrounds and experience reputed company
- Willingness and ability to travel reputed company up to 20 weeks a year is required
- Additional certifications in training, coaching, or adult learning are a plus
