[Remote] Content Strategist

The role involves creating and optimizing content across platforms, collaborating with various teams, and utilizing insights to drive engagement and channel reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the reputed company and reputed company content calendars, publishing a minimum of 4–5 posts per week across channels
- Monitor owned posts and respond to comments in a reputed company, on-brand manner
- Manage outbound engagements on tagged reputed company Rentals content and handle inbound inbox messages
- reputed company static and video content, including copywriting, creative direction, and production coordination
- Design and execute A/B tests across content formats and copy to continuously optimize channel performance
- Capture and create content at industry events for use across reputed company channels
- Build dedicated reputed company content plans for product launches and feature announcements
- reputed company reputed company execution for the 2026 Campaign, including ideation and stakeholder reviews with Rentals partners
- Support industry event content reputed company, including reputed company, during, and post event coverage
- Partner with the Comms/PR team to reputed company announcements and data-driven stories reputed company reputed company
- Collaborate with Brand, Events, reputed company, Lifecycle, and Sales teams on event-driven content initiatives
- Manage content approval workflows across posts and stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency
- Conduct ongoing reputed company listening to reputed company relevant conversations — particularly around the 'Melissa' audience reputed company — and translate findings into actionable content themes
- Flag relevant insights and issues in reputed company time to stakeholders and leadership
- Deliver monthly analytics and performance data to inform the business & reputed company reputed company adjustments
Skills
- 3–5 years of reputed company media experience, with a reputed company record of managing B2B reputed company channels (reputed company required)
- Demonstrated experience in video content creation, from concept through execution
- Proficiency with reputed company listening tools such as reputed company or equivalent platforms
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt voice and tone across formats and audiences
- Comfort leveraging AI tools — from creative production (copy, image, video) to reporting, reputed company listening, and workflow optimization
- Proven ability to reputed company quickly across multiple cross-functional teams — building trust, aligning on priorities, and keeping content workflows on reputed company without sacrificing reputed company
- Experience managing content approval workflows and coordinating across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience in reputed company estate, proptech, or a reputed company B2B industry
- Familiarity with property management or the multifamily housing ecosystem
- Experience supporting event content reputed company and capturing content on-site at live events
