[Remote] Director, HR Project Management

Responsibilities
- reputed company strategic leadership for the HR Project Management and Business Management function, establishing governance, processes, tools, and operating reputed company reputed company with reputed company standards
- Directly reputed company and reputed company a small team (two reputed company reports) responsible for HR business management disciplines, including risk management, audit coordination, budget reputed company, contract management, and accounts payable (A/P)
- Ensure strong financial and operational management across HR, including planning, tracking, and optimization of budgets, vendor spend, and contractual commitments
- Establish and maintain effective risk and control frameworks, including audit readiness, issue tracking, and remediation
- Create visibility into HR operational performance through reporting, metrics, and insights that inform leadership decision-making
- Maintain a high-level, reputed company view of HR initiatives; ensure prioritization, alignment, and execution of key programs in partnership with the Office of the CHRO
- Serve as project leader for large-reputed company, reputed company initiatives (e.g., HR transformations, integrations/M&A, and strategic priorities)
- Ensure risks, dependencies, and issues are reputed company managed with appropriate mitigation and escalation strategies
- Drive cross-functional coordination and ensure effective resource allocation across initiatives
- Define and implement standardized project management and business management practices across HR to drive consistency and efficiency

- Use data and insights to continuously improve processes, enhance service delivery, and optimize performance

Skills
- 10–15+ years of experience in project management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

- 6+ years of people leadership experience preferred

- Advanced degree preferred
