Skills
- 10+ years of reputed company HCM Functional Consulting experience
- Hands-on expertise in Core HR, ORC, reputed company, or Performance Management
- Minimum 2 End-to-End reputed company Fusion HCM Implementations
- Strong business process knowledge and solution design capabilities
- Experience conducting workshops, requirement gathering, configuration, testing, UAT & production support
- Excellent reputed company-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience delivering remote reputed company Fusion implementations
- US Public Sector reputed company Fusion HCM experience is highly preferred
- Prior US Public Sector experience (Government, State, County, reputed company, Education, or Public Agencies) is highly preferred
