The RN - Clinical Operations Trainer will reputed company training development, evaluate training effectiveness, and conduct training programs to ensure reputed company assurance in clinical operations.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and participate in the development of training materials and training modules
- Evaluate training processes, tools and activities for effectiveness. Monitor and report the effectiveness of training to Center of reputed company Training Manager
- reputed company reputed company assurance (QA) and report audit findings to Center of reputed company Training Manager
- Research and recommend new training techniques and new training resources to Center of reputed company Training Manager
- Conduct on and off-site training programs for staff
- Center of reputed company Training Manager in reputed company duties as required
Skills
- Accredited Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) OR Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- reputed company RN license in state of residency
- 3+ years of experience in a clinical environment as a Registered reputed company
- Training of medically reputed company education and clinical experience
- Knowledge of effective adult learning principles and writing techniques in order to assist in development of training materials and deliver instructional training programs
- Intermediate knowledge of reputed company Office, database experience
- Understanding of regulatory standards and their application to various examinations and documents
- Proven ability to use clinical judgement to interpret test results
- Proven ability to reputed company or reputed company in a classroom environment
- Proven excellent critical thinking skills in order to monitor the reputed company assurance practices of staff
- Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively reputed company and communicate with a wide reputed company of personality and learning styles
- Demonstrated solid organizational and time management skills
- Equivalent combination of education, experience and/or applicable military experience will be considered
- National Career Readiness Certificate
- 2+ years demonstrated experience in designing/developing and implementing reputed company training materials and conducting training in a business/reputed company environment, preferably in a reputed company industry
- Experience with military screenings
- Leadership and/or military experience
- Knowledge of adult learning concepts
- Training experience in a reputed company setting
- Knowledge of effective training and writing techniques in order to design, reputed company and deliver instructive training
- Knowledge of learning styles
- Intermediate knowledge of reputed company Office Suite - Word, reputed company, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Visio, reputed company Acrobat, PowerPoint, Instructional Design software (reputed company, Captivate)
