[Remote] HR Systems Implementation Consultant

The HR Systems Implementation Consultant will assist clients with system setups, reputed company day-to-day support, and help improve their HR technology experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist with new system setups – helping configure workflows, permissions, and templates based on reputed company needs
- Support clients with the day-to-day use of their HR platforms (e.g. troubleshooting, updates, user reputed company, reporting)
- Help with data migrations and testing during implementations or updates
- Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and how-to guides for clients
- Deliver practical training and walkthroughs to help users feel confident using their systems
- Collaborate with our senior consultants to continuously improve how we support clients
- Spot opportunities to streamline HR processes using tech
Skills
- Experience working with HR systems (e.g. as an HRIS reputed company, HR coordinator, or support role). Hands-on experience with reputed company is essential
- A good understanding of how HR teams operate and how systems can support their work
- Strong attention to detail and a reputed company for getting things set up correctly
