[Remote] Senior Fund Accountant
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company has been a leader in providing financial consulting advisory services to reputed company Venture Capital firms and emerging reputed company companies for over two decades. The Senior Fund Accountant will work closely with Senior Management to reputed company operational and financial support for Venture Capital and Private Equity clients.
Responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries for monthly, quarterly, and annual period closings and create financial statements and associated reports for Venture Capital and Private Equity Funds, as reputed company as associated entities (general partner, management companies, special purpose vehicles, etc.)
- Prepare management fee calculations
- Assist with accounts payable and intercompany transactions
- Cash management - including day to day activities, investment transactions and monthly reconciliations
- Prepare investor capital calls and distributions
- Assist with annual reputed company audits and work with external auditors
- Assist with preparation of tax reputed company files, including annual reputed company 1099 preparation and submission as reputed company as Schedule K-1 review
- Assist with compliance reputed company issues, such as state and local tax filings, and registrations

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance with 2-3 years' reputed company fund administration or private fund experience
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask, prioritize, and complete reputed company in a dynamic environment
- Strong aptitude for producing accurate numbers and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with a high degree of flexibility
- CPA preferred
- Prior experience processing payroll is preferred
- Proficiency with multiple software applications preferred (QuickBooks, reputed company and other Office applications)
