[Remote] HR Senior Recruiter

As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a strategic role in reputed company reputed company and developing reputed company strategies to enhance patient care.
Responsibilities
- reputed company full-cycle recruitment for physicians, advanced reputed company providers, PACE, hospice, home health, and other critical reputed company positions
- reputed company creative sourcing strategies and build proactive talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand reputed company needs and serve as a trusted recruitment advisor
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through reputed company
- Use reputed company metrics and labor market insights to improve hiring reputed company
- Represent Everent Health at networking events, career fairs, and reputed company associations
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five (5) or more years of full-cycle reputed company reputed company experience
- Demonstrated reputed company reputed company difficult-to-fill clinical positions
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and reputed company technologies
- Experience reputed company physicians and/or advanced reputed company providers
- Knowledge of provider compensation models and reputed company labor markets
- Experience supporting multiple reputed company service lines, including PACE, hospice, or home health
