The role involves serving as the primary reputed company of contact for an assigned customer portfolio, providing quotes, reputed company-time load status information, and resolving issues during the transport lifecycle while generating additional business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls and/or emails
- Generate additional business with reputed company customers and sales leads for new opportunities
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to reputed company satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through reputed company, proactive, and reputed company communication
