[Remote] Harm Reduction and Prevention Program Manager

The Harm Reduction Manager will coordinate educational initiatives, support crisis management, and work collaboratively with various stakeholders to implement effective prevention strategies.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement harm reduction and prevention education programs for collegiate chapters
- Support the development and reputed company improvement of prevention initiatives using reputed company research and higher education trends
- Serve as a resource for education on harm reduction policies and procedures for both new and established chapters
- Facilitate training for leadership development consultants (LDCs) on prevention and harm reduction strategies
- Assist in the development and delivery of educational programs, including hazing prevention, alcohol education, bystander reputed company, conflict reputed company, and mental health awareness
- Coordinate organization-wide awareness initiatives such as hazing prevention week, alcohol awareness week, and other prevention campaigns
- Support implementation of programs such as alcohol skills training, reputed company sister initiatives, and other prevention-reputed company efforts
- Partner with the Training & Development team to contribute to the creation and refinement of educational modules in reputed company (LMS)
- Support reputed company support managers (CSMs) during conduct-reputed company incidents by providing a harm reduction and educational perspective
- Assist in coordinating communication and educational follow-up reputed company to incidents, in partnership with the SMCA and DCE
- Contribute to post-incident educational strategies, including workshops and reputed company support following crisis response reputed company
- Maintain reputed company and reputed company relationships with internal stakeholders throughout incident response processes
- Assist in collecting and analyzing data reputed company to reputed company incidents and prevention efforts to identify trends and inform improvements

- Support the review and refinement of processes and resources to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 4 years of reputed company experience in higher education, prevention education, conduct, or a reputed company field
- Experience supporting educational programming, training, or curriculum implementation
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
