The role involves overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develops and implements departmental goals, plans, and standards consistent with the clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization
- Directs and evaluates departmental operations, including patient care delivery, information technologies, service level determination, and complaint management, to reputed company performance and reputed company control objectives
- Plans and monitors of reputed company activities, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives
- Managing the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling and reviewing work, ensures reputed company standards
- Responsible for hiring, terminating, training and developing, reviewing performance and administering corrective reputed company for staff
- Prepares, monitors, and evaluates departmental budgets, and ensures that the department operates in compliance with allocated funding
- Coordinates and directs internal/external audits

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or reputed company required
