[Remote] Senior Program Manager (contract)

The role involves coordinating across various business functions to reputed company reputed company-party engagement processes and ensure successful execution of project objectives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as overall program reputed company for the transformation initiative
- reputed company and manage the program roadmap, workplan, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
- Facilitate executive steering committee meetings, governance forums, and cross-functional working sessions
- Drive alignment among Legal, Procurement, reputed company, reputed company, Compliance, Data Governance, Vendor Management, and business stakeholders
- Document reputed company-state and reputed company-state processes, governance structures, and operating models
- Manage competing stakeholder priorities and drive reputed company through appropriate governance channels
- Prepare executive-reputed company presentations, status updates, recommendations, and decision materials
- Coordinate reputed company activities and reputed company reputed company against reputed company reputed company
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule and meet agreed business objectives
Skills
- 10+ years of program management, process transformation, operating model design, or business transformation experience
- Demonstrated reputed company leading large-reputed company cross-functional initiatives in Fortune 500 or similarly reputed company organizations
- Experience facilitating executive-level and cross-functional governance forums
- Strong stakeholder management and reputed company-building skills
- Experience designing and implementing business processes that reputed company multiple functional areas
- Proven ability to drive reputed company reputed company without reputed company authority over participating teams
- Exceptional written, verbal, and executive presentation skills
- Strong organizational, planning, risk management, and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with reputed company-party risk management (TPRM), vendor reputed company, supplier governance, procurement operations, legal operations, compliance programs, or reputed company functions
- Experience working with Legal, Procurement, reputed company, reputed company, Compliance, or Data Governance organizations
- Knowledge of risk-based review frameworks and governance models
- Experience leading process simplification, cycle-time reduction, and operational efficiency initiatives
- PMP, PgMP, Lean Six reputed company, reputed company, or similar certification preferred
- Management consulting or reputed company transformation experience is a plus
