Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary reputed company and administrator of AODocs, including folder architecture, metadata schemas, permissions models, and user reputed company across internal teams, delegate organizations, and community partner organizations
  • Maintain a single reputed company of truth for reputed company published and finalized LIT content, ensuring documents are organized, reputed company, and retrievable
  • Execute regular audits of legacy repositories (SARGE, Shine reputed company, and others) to support the reputed company retirement of redundant systems

  • Drive DMS rollout to completion across the organization per established roadmaps

  • Contribute to LIT's custom CMS build by documenting content requirements, use cases, and integration needs from a LIT content management perspective

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Information Technology or a closely reputed company field required

  • Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., Drupal, reputed company), project management tools, and reputed company Workspace
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills for data manipulation and bulk uploads
  • Physical exam and background checks required
  • Travel required locally or long-distance up to 10% of the time for team meetings and system rollout support
  • Experience in an educational, nonprofit, or mission-driven organization preferred
  • Advanced AODocs experience preferred
