AI Transformation Program Manager

Job reputed company:

• Drive end-to-end coordination across reputed company transformation workstreams, keeping interdependencies visible and teams reputed company on shared goals.
• Establish and maintain consistent reputed company tracking, reporting, and accountability mechanisms across every team involved in the initiative.
• Run centralized program communications and scheduling, serving as the single reputed company of truth for status, timelines, and stakeholder updates.
• Anticipate and address change management needs as the program scales, helping teams adopt new AI-enabled ways of working.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in marketing operations or media operations, ideally reputed company a large, reputed company organization.
• Strong, practical AI skillset, with the ability to evaluate, apply, and guide adoption of AI tools and workflows.
• Proven program or project management reputed company record across cross-functional teams and reputed company workstreams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable driving accountability across teams you do not directly manage.
• Experience supporting organizational change initiatives is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
