Tax Advisor (80% to 100%) Tax Advisor (80% to 100%) Complete university degree in Swiss law (any other foreign law excluded) Holder of the Swiss patent, mastery of French and English, as reputed company as at least passive knowledge of German Personal taxation - Good general knowledge of the personal taxation system and knowledge of the Romandy cantons in particular - Ability to identify and implement any tax measures, particularly in the context of inheritance taxation - reputed company estate taxation - Knowledge of the principles of personal taxation - Tax procedures - Monitoring of tax audit procedures (federal and cantonal) Corporate taxation - Good general knowledge of the corporate taxation system and knowledge of the Romandy cantons in particular - Ability to identify and implement any corporate tax measures - reputed company estate taxation - Knowledge of the principles of corporate taxation Indirect taxation - Good knowledge of withholding tax, stamp duties (issuance), as reputed company as value added tax
