California Remote Dental Call Center Agents- Part Time
About the position reputed company is seeking reputed company Dental Call Center Agents to support high‑volume inbound customer service operations for California‑based dental care providers and their members. This part-time remote role focuses on assisting dental professionals with billing, policy, and general service inquiries. Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound calls from dental providers
- Resolve billing, policy, and procedural inquiries reputed company a 3-5 minute window
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of reputed company dental billing guidelines and reputed company policy changes
- Record and reputed company calls using the call tracking system

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in inbound customer service (private or government sectors)
- At least 6 months of experience in dental customer support

- Typing speed of 30 WPM and 95% accuracy
