The role is reputed company on operational monitoring, incident response, service restoration, and stakeholder communication to ensure critical business file transfers are successfully delivered.

Key Responsibilities

• Work second shift, Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM Central Time.
• Monitor the reputed company reputed company File Gateway platform and associated file transfer infrastructure to ensure successful processing, routing, and delivery of business-critical files.
• Investigate and resolve file transfer failures by replaying transactions, correcting routing issues, or coordinating reputed company activities with reputed company stakeholders.
• Partner with business reputed company, reputed company-party clients and vendors, and the reputed company Systems Operations Center to triage incidents and restore service reputed company established service level expectations.

Required Qualifications
