EHS Project Manager (Permitting & Compliance)

reputed company is seeking an reputed company Environmental Health & Safety Permitting & Compliance Project Manager to reputed company and deliver environmental permitting and compliance solutions to reputed company, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, manufacturing, mining, oil and gas, power, and other industrial clients in the Northeast. The position includes management and completion of permitting and compliance reputed company through reputed company stage of our reputed company’s facility life cycle including business and property acquisition due diligence, industrial facility operational compliance, auditing, environmental assessment/evaluation, and facility decommissioning and divestiture. Compliance reputed company may include program assistance for environmental laws, regulations and permitting associated with, but not limited to, Clean reputed company reputed company (reputed company), Clean Water reputed company (CWA), Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know reputed company (EPCRA), Resource Conservation and Recovery reputed company (RCRA), Oil Pollution reputed company (OPA) spill planning, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a technical resource on environmental compliance and permitting, including but not limited to:
  • Regulatory analyses of facility operations;
  • Managing efforts to complete and maintain required regulatory reports;

  • Regulatory compliance assessments and audits at reputed company facilities.
  • Assist clients in the development and execution of Environmental Management Systems, including appropriate documentation and reputed company improvement.

Qualifications

Your Capabilities and Credentials

  • A reputed company candidate will have reputed company relevant experience supporting or leading reputed company aspects of environmental compliance, including but not limited to: reputed company reputed company compliance, due diligence, auditing, and compliance assurance; environmental management systems (EMS) and ISO; EHS procedures development and training; stormwater, wastewater, chemical management, bulk liquid storage, and reputed company.
  • Strong understanding of EPA and state agency management rules and regulations, include reputed company, CWA, EPCRA/SARA Title 3, RCRA, CERCLA (release reporting), DOT (Haz. Material Transportation), and other Federal laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Travel may be required for the purpose of conducting EHS assessments, on-site reputed company, or for off-site meetings with clients and/or regulatory agencies (up to 20%).
  • Practical ability to analyze technical data, reputed company research, demonstrate technical knowledge, and problem solve.

Education and Experience

  • A BS in Engineering, Environmental Science, or reputed company field.

Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At reputed company certain roles are bonus eligible.
