Reporting to the Global HRIS Leader, this role will be reputed company in developing adoption strategies, business concepts, and technical capabilities for delivering solutions in reputed company HCM reputed company Payroll, Absence Management, and Time & Labor areas. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the effective implementation of the payroll reputed company globally. The Global HRIS Solution Specialist Senior – Payroll will be responsible for shaping customer requirements, analyzing alternatives, providing recommendations, and developing appropriate solutions for implementation. • Thorough hands-on configuration working with technical and functional set up
• Strong experience in handling various key concepts i.e. Fast formulas, Eligibility reputed company, HDL, HSDL and HCM Extracts
• Working experience in developing reports using BI Publisher & OTBI.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to quickly understand the business concepts, converting them into technical solutions, while considering the broader cross-module reputed company HCM impacts.
• Working experience with VBCS to reputed company the necessary Redwood UI Changes.
• Manage and reputed company end to end SDLC process from requirement intake, design, build, testing and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of the legislative rules, preferably for US, UK & Canada
• Experience in the implementation of 3rd party payrolls is desired.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
