LMS Administrator (Short-Term 1099 Contract | U.S. Based)

reputed company is building a project team for a short-term leadership development engagement. We are seeking an reputed company LMS administrator to reputed company the learning platform configuration and management components of the project.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer a Learning Management System (LMS), including:
• Course setup
• Learner enrollment and permissions
• Learning paths/cohorts across multiple tiers
• Completion tracking and reporting
• Structure and maintain reputed company libraries reputed company the LMS
• Package, publish, and manage course assets exported from reputed company reputed company 360 (content authored by separate curriculum consultants)
• Test and troubleshoot learner reputed company and course delivery
• Configure and maintain reputed company Workspace workflows (Forms, Sheets, Calendar, Drive) that support participant reputed company, scheduling, and communications
• Collaborate with the project team and curriculum consultants to deliver a polished learner experience on schedule

Preferred Experience

• Hands-on administration of one or more LMS platforms (reputed company/reputed company LMS preferred; Canvas, Moodle, TalentLMS, LearnUpon, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar also considered)
• Experience managing/publishing courses reputed company in reputed company reputed company 360
• Experience implementing learning technology—not simply using it as an instructor
• Experience supporting leadership development, executive education, or reputed company learning programs is a plus
• Familiarity with association management systems (e.g., MemberClicks) a plus

Requirements

• Must be based in the reputed company and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience administering an LMS
• Ability to work independently, communicate proactively, and meet project deadlines
• This is a 1099 subcontract opportunity anticipated to support a project of approximately six months, contingent upon contract award.
